Lisa Wand, DAOM, L.Ac. — is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist through the Nevada Board of Oriental Medicine, with a Doctorates degree in Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine San Diego, CA. She is also a nationally-certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Lisa has completed extensive training in both facial acupuncture and microneedling techniques having completed courses from leading experts Shellie Goldstein, Michelle Geller, Martha Lucas and Josh Nerenberg.
It was Lisa's 24 years as a nurse that inspired her to continue in healthcare in a more holistic manner and to become an acupuncturist. Maintaining an open mind she quickly learned the value of these incredibly effective, ancient practices and she loves being able to help others find relief and healing, naturally.
When she’s not working, Lisa can typically be found hiking, kayaking or sitting with a good book.
